 Oct 25Commissioned.
1944Mar 3Arrived at Milne Bay, New Guinea. She completed 6 war patrols in the Celebes, Philippine and South China Seas. She sank 3 Japanese merchant vessels as well as several small craft.
1945Apr 29Sailed for to the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, Vallejo, CA. for overhaul.
 Aug 13Upon completion of the yard period, she departed for Pearl Harbor, the war ended while she was enroute and she was ordered to return to Mare Island to began pre-inactivation overhaul.
 Nov 24Placed "In Commission, In Reserve" at the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, Vallejo, CA.
1949Jun 20Status was changed to "Out of Commission, in Reserve".
1951Apr 3Recommissioned and operated out of San Diego, CA. along the West coast.
1952May 10Placed "Out of Commission, In Reserve" while she underwent conversion at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to an anti-submarine and was reclassified SSK-241.
1953Mar 28Recommissioned and reported to Submarine Division 33 at San Diego, CA. She made a Far Eastern curise and took part in several type exercises including one major exercise in the Hawaiian area over the next several years.
1956Jan 1Conducted her 2nd postwar tour of the Far East.
 Aug 14Arrived at Submarine Base, Pearl Harbor and operated from there.
1969Sep 13Decommissioned.
