| Apr 29 | Bang reported a large convoy 50 miles away, and the wolf pack attacked, Parche getting one hit.

| May 3 | Tinosa reported a seven-ship convoy in the morning and Parche headed North at full speed to intercept. |
| May 4 | An hour after midnight Parche was in position and scored 3 torpedo hits on the leading ship and 2 hits on the second freighter, sinking both. Parche scored 2 hits on the third freighter, which settled by the stern and began to list to port. |

| Jul 29 | (Cont'd.) Parche collaborated with Steelhead ,sinking a 8,990 ton transport. Steelhead sank two other ships, a transport and a cargo vessel. Another tanker and a cargo ship were damaged. For this action Parche received the Presidential Unit Citation. |
| Jul 29 | Parche sighted a convoy, and cooperating with Steelhead, closed in, sinking the 4,471 ton cargo ship Manko Maru and the 10,238-ton tanker Koei Maru. During this daring night surface action Parche barely avoided being rammed by one ship. |

1945 | Jan 19 | Parche discovered a freighter and a tanker at anchor in Naze Ko. Firing six bow tubes at the tanker for five distinct hits and four stern tubes at the freighter for two possible hits. |
| Feb 7 | Parche sighted and sank the 984-ton Okinoyarna Maru. |
| Feb 16 | Parche fueled at Midway Island. |
| Feb 20 | Parche arrived at Pearl Harbor, HI. |
| Mar 19 | Parche got underway on her 5th war patrol and headed for the East Coast of Honshu, Japan. |
| Apr 9 | Parche sank the 615-ton Mine Sweeper No. S off Kobe Zaki. |
| Apr 11 | Parche made a gun attack, sinking a small freighter of about 800 tons. |
| Apr 12 | Parche torpedoed a small vessel. |
| Apr 13 | Parche sank a fishing trawler. Two hours later she again opened fire on a small observation boat, leaving it blazing stem to stern. Two Japanese planes caused her to dive, leaving all her guns loose and much of her ammunition exposed. |
| Apr 22 | Parche sighted 3 small tankers in column, proceeding North along the coast South of Okama Saki. Parche fired 3 torpedoes at the second tanker and then shifted to the third, which was left down by the stern covered with a cloud of smoke. |
| Apr 30 | Parche arrived at Midway Island. |
| May 25 | Parche sailed on her 6th war patrol, the last of World War II, joining the "Lifeguard League" South of Honshu. She stayed on station off Honshu until 18 June ready to pick up any aviators who might be forced down. No rescues were necessary. |
| Jun 18 | Parche proceeded to Tsugara Strait.

| Jun 21 | Parche sighted a gunboat rounding Shiriya Saki, joined by a sub chaser and a freighter. Picking the freighter, Parche fired 4 torpedoes from her forward tubes for one hit. Parche dove and heard Hizen Maru break up. |
| Jun 22 | Parche attacked three luggers escorted by a small flat vessel and sank two. |
| Jun 23 | Parche sank several trawlers by gunfire. |
| Jun 25 | Parche sighted 3 large ships and 6 escorts. After Parche's attack, the escorts shook the sub up considerably with depth charges, before she managed to work away and resume her patrol, leaving an ex-Gunboat sunk and another ship badly damaged.

| Jul 17 | After another round of life guard duty for the carrier planes of Task Force 38, Parche rendezvoused with Cero to take aboard three fliers and set course for Midway Island. |

1946 | Jun 1 | Parche was assigned to "Operation Crossroads," as a target ship for the atomic bomb tests at Bikini. Arriving in Bikini lagoon 1 June, Parche survived both the air burst and the underwater burst, coming through relatively undamaged. |
| Jun 1 | (Cont'd.) After decontamination, she proceeded to Mare Island, CA.. She was then assigned to Naval Reserve training duty in Oakland, Calif. |

1962 | Dec 1 | Parche's classification was changed to (AGSS- 384). In late 1969, Parche was replaced as NRT submarine by Charr.
