On 31 May, 2009, a Memorial Stone put up by Lockwood Internet Base of USSVI with funds contributed by Captain Grayson Merrill and his USNA Class of 1934 was dedicated. USS Parche Base and LIB members handled the Ceremony which included a talk by NJVC Michael Bircumshaw. The Stone sits at the corner of the slab which holds a Regulus 1 Missle. Former LIB BC, LCDR Bob Harmuth USN(Ret) was in charge of the Ceremony.
