The last piece of the Memorial, an Eternal Patrol Stone was dedicated on August 28, 2006. This stone memorializes those members of Tullibee Base that have gone on Eternal Patrol. The designer and driving force of the Mississippi Submarine Memorial, Al Hammond, went on Eternal Patrol himself October 12, 2006.
